Many countries are having difficulty in providing the necessary funding to increase investment because to "low savings on the one hand, and the weakness of the financial system in the allocation of available resources towards investment channels on the other hand, this makes the global financial markets, a source of" important "to get the necessary funding to increase investment and the payment of size economic growth, and form the creditworthiness of the sovereign of the most important pillars that can base their government to get the money needed to finance public expenditures, so the aim of this research to determine the creditworthiness of Algeria by identifying the most important determinants of creditworthiness and its discussion to determine the extent of its ability to service internal and external debts adoption of certain ways of measuring creditworthiness.

The research concludes to a number of conclusions including: Algeria managed within its reform program to ease the burden of external debt and debt service through the allocation of a large portion of GDP to repay debt after the establishment of the organization of the revenue fund to mitigate the impact of oil price fluctuations on the budget deficit.

The recommendations focused on the need to create a diverse and growing financial resources that are stable through the development of other sectors besides oil sector such as agriculture, industry and tourism as well as investment in securities in order to provide additional sources of funding to increase Algeria's ability to service its debt and raise its credit rating and enhance the creditworthiness.
