The study aims to know the social and economic structures necessary to build knowledge societies that are the main pillar of modern technology, as the degree of its progress has become measured by the extent of knowledge development in its modern and advanced forms; that is, those that depend on advanced education, the use of computers, penetration, and the extent of its dependence on the economy.

The advanced knowledge that depends on the modern machine in manufacturing, and the qualified workforce who possesses technical of simple labor.

And it became clear to us through the descriptive study that the Arab countries are among the weak countries in building societies of social and economic knowledge, as they still measure the degree of illiteracy for those who cannot read and write, in addition to their suffering from weak scientific qualifications that control technological knowledge.
