Values are all judgements, in accordance with both legal and social rules, that go inside the personality of individuals in their different educational, social and lifestyles.

These values take the form of material /non-material: representations, symbols or meanings.

In some of those forms they are subjective and social principles; in some of them they are cultural representations and stereotypes with doctrinal and ideological backgrounds and preferences between accessible or possible alternatives.

In whatever matter of their definition in the sciences, they are a necessary pattern that constitute systems of values framing social and organizational action.
