Abstract EN

The current research aims to test and measure the role of Iraqi universities in preparing Moral Leadership to confront crises.

The research objectives were tested through the selection of a sample of heads of scientific departments at the University of Qadisiyah and reached a sample of (48) individuals distributed on the basis of a group of deans and their assistants and heads of departments, It has been relying on a set of experimental measurements by previous studies in order to verify the test hypothesis which states that there is a relationship and is a significant positive effect statistically between Moral Leadership and crises.

As well as the use of a set of statistical methods of arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient matrix, simple regression coefficient analysis, and therefore used the statistical package of (SPSS.

V.23).

The research reached a number of conclusions, perhaps the most prominent of which are keen on the need to strengthen moral leadership in order to confront the crises through the Provide detailed information on how to deal with the crisis as it occurs, As well as that the are keen to develop the goals and standards necessary for the advancement of educational and creative level.
