None of us does not differ from that of all societies, whether in the East or in the West involve a certain amount of corruption, no virtuous society free of corruption and immorality, But the issue that occupies our Iraqi society in particular, which suffers from corruption as well is the size of corruption and the expansion of its circle over time and the intertwining of the rings and the interdependence of the mechanisms and how to control and then gradually eliminated, considering that the effects have resonated far not only the individual and society, but extends to the impact on the economy and hinders its growth and prosperity so as to serve foreign agendas.

The research included highlighting the important role that civil society organizations can play in combating financial and administrative corruption in our Iraqi society because these institutions have an effect that cannot be underestimated in the behavior of members of our society, as well as cutting the way for the parties that strive to destroy our country Within the circle (destruction - looting - corruption) to keep it out of influence in the region and prolong the recoveryThe most important of all is that corruption in all its forms is an incorrect and unhealthy behavior, similar to the psychological illness caused by the fear of the future.

This is what prompted us, on the basis of the national duty, to assist in making proposals to deal with this disease or the wrong behavior that is gradually increasing in our society.
