The industry of hospitality is considered a new and complicated one because of the verity and complicated services that it presents in direct or indirect contact with other sectors.

A lot of the tourists exporting and importing countries started a serious concern in this industry by constructing hotels, restaurants and tourism retreats and developing the infra structures in concern in this industry like transportation, communications and preparing technical staffs capable of running, organizing and developing this industry.

and in addition to the complicated relations between the guests and the hosting organizations in the age of knowledge that enabled them ton reach the information by much modern means then before, and the knowledge management formed now one of the most important developments that turned into a practical practice more compatible with the rushing changes in today's world, and because of the increment of realizing these facts, many researchers were motivated to study them corresponding strategies, entries, samples and operating management in order to put a mental frame of them.

In according to all above this research came to show the importance of the effecting factors analyses of the hospitality industry and to find the relationship between these factors and the knowledge management, where the research concluded four chapters the first was the theoretical that included some of the administrative researches in concern with subject, and the second included the schedule of the research in concern the problem and importance and the goals of the research were an essential assumption was adopted and another sub-assumptions were tested upon a sample of hospitality managers concluded 60 of them.

, using statistical methods.

After the results were shown we reached some conclusions and recommendations in concern with the industry of hospitality in general where the most important were: The importance of establishing a special knowledge center for the sector of hospitality industry concerns in collecting the information and storing them, and to do all the analyses and consultants and presents offers about this industry to help the researchers or whoever has the desire to inter in this field.
