Developing economies are suffering from a wide range of structural imbalances that have become a distinctive feature as a result of the growth of the shortcomings in economic policies and low levels of development; along with the international economic developments which reflected all on economic, social and political environment in those countries.

The Economic features of these counties is noted with weak infrastructure and very low capital accumulation, which in turn lower the profitability of investment projects in them, which makes their market scattered and not connected with each other, which weaken their elasticity of production system.

We took in consideration in this research some structural imbalances in developing economies
