Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of both investment expenditures and labor force, which are independent variables on the formation of fixed capital in Iraq, which is a dependent variable for the period 2000-2015.

The root of the unit is used for the significance of the variables and the accuracy of the results of the analysis.

The common integration of the relationship between the variables in the long term, which shows that the variables that have been relied on in the other model stable level, and take the difference the first or the second and the results were integrated from the first degree, and when analyzing the variance and degree of the immediate response is clear that there is a positive correlation between the labor force and investment spendings with fixed capital formation in Iraq.
