The role of Iraqi market for financial papers was very limited in financing the economic activities for the private & governmental sector because of weaken of the shares market, & non existence of bonds market.

Beside concentrating it in the service sectors, especially banks, in contrary of productive sectors, & that activity of the market was following for oscillation prices of the oil, since the financial policy of government was influenced by deflation or expansion & the influenced of economic activity with all of that.

The Iraqi economy & the market doesn't influence with the worldwide finance at (2008), becauseit was not opened on the universe economy, whether for it investments worldwide or from the foreign investments inside, & that because there was no attractive environment.

Results of standard analysis for the relationship between the whole economic variables effective & the prices of the shares to the Iraqi finance market, showed the suitable monetary school analysis for the circumstances of Iraq as it was described from the developing economies, & the impact power of level of the current economic activity on prices of the shares, whereas the impact of change exchange rates of the Iraqi Dinar opposite the dollar on prices shares was weak, that inclination to the preference of the individuals accustoms to replacement their balances the foreign sweetening in the currencies instead of purchase the shares the bonds, at local depreciation of their currencies, beside, likewise weakness impact of interest rate for the lending on prices of the shares, which indicates to the preference of the Iraqi individuals to the conversion & within investment preservative from assets less liquidity (the shares & the bonds) to the cash which had complete liquidity in, which required measures from the Iraqi central bank to development & financial stability in the market
