Abstract EN

That Iraq's dependence on the revenues of the oil product in financing its development programs and growth rates، Making the economy affected by external forces represented by fluctuations in crude oil prices in the global market، Which is directly reflected on the performance and efficiency of the Iraqi economy.

The study adopted the objectives of using the methods of inductive and deductive analysis through the analysis of historical data and tracking their developments over time and extrapolating the economic reality، And then develop the effects and results to reach specific results through the economic tools available.

The study recommended the need to formulate a clearly defined strategy on the management and allocation of oil revenues in accordance with a well-considered economic vision aimed at ending the state of distortion and imbalance in the structure of the national economy and work to exchange sustainable development with oil revenues، As well as diversifying the base of the national economy through the development of economic sectors and increase their contribution in GDP، as well as the reduction of the policy of transfer of expenditure.
