The research aims at shedding light on Organizational Empowerment and its impact on self-actualization, such as the independent organizational empowerment of research, such as the variable self-realization of the research.

The problem of the research is limited to determining the extent to which the organization's management is aware of the variables of the research variables.

The goal of the research is to determine the impact of organizational empowerment in its dimensions (sharing information, freedom and autonomy, self-managed teams) on self-actualization in its dimensions (higher perception, self-acceptance and others, influence in others, knowledge experiences, creativity).

In order to test the validity or rejection of research hypotheses, the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data on the research.

A random sample of 140 employees was identified in Mustansiriya University represented.

To analyze the research data, the statistical program (SPSS 18 for windows) Among the most important results was the existence of a significant impact of organizational empowerment on self-realization, while the current research recommended the need to strengthen the culture of organizational empowerment by creating the appropriate regulatory environment and providing the necessary requirements for the participation of working people.
