Abstract EN
Because of great development nowadays regarding electronic banking services beside the increase of competition and the realization of banks for the importance of these services and its big effect in achieving the banks competitor goals of the Iraqi private banks and what are the probabilities of the sample research banks which can limit this effect.
And to achieve what was mentioned the researcher took regular samples of 160 clients from the electronic banking services from the Iraqi banks and they are ( Baghdad bank, Iraqi private bank, the gulf trade bank, international investment bank ), and the researcher depended on questionnaire to collect data after confirming its correctness and truthfulness, also the program SPSS to extract data indications in order to analyze and interpret them statistically.
The most important conclusions reached by the researcher in his research are that there is a significant positive impact of electronic banking services on the competitive advantage of private banks from the point of view of customers, and that one of the most important challenges facing banks that provide electronic banking services are many social and cultural obstacles such as language, And that one of the most important challenges faced by banks that provide electronic banking services is the large number of social and cultural obstacles such as language, and the lack of confidence of members of society in electronic payment, and lack of banking awareness, and fear of loss of power and control in organizations and resistance to change and others As well as fear of breaking accounts and viewing personal data, The most important recommendations are the need to use banks for the latest technological means in the practice of banking, as this provides them with cost and shorten the time and improve the quality of services provided by the speed of response to customers' requests, and also recommends the need for banks to conduct awareness seminars for all members of society To introduce them to electronic banking services and their importance and the benefits provided by them in cooperation with academics specialized in this area
