تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ما إذا كانت هناك علاقة بين سياسة المالية والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالجزائر في المدى الطويل خلال الفترة 1989-2019 باستعمال منهج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات المبطئة الموزعة ARDL باستعمال برنامج Eviews، حيث أكدت نتائج الدراسة القياسية وجود علاقة بين سياسة المالية والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالجزائر في المدى الطويل، ومتمثلة علاقة طردية بين النفقات العامة والاستثمار الأجنبي بمقابل علاقة عكسية بين الإيرادات العامة (الجباية).
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to determine if there is a relationship between the fiscal policy and foreign direct investment on Algeria in the long run during the period 1989-2019 using the ARDL by Eviews program, where the results of the study confirmed the existence of a relationship between the fiscal policy and foreign direct investment on Algeria in the long term, the public expenditure contribute to increase the foreign direct investment, while the public revenues have to reduce the foreign direct investment.
