So this research aim to analyzing and showing the most important kind of risks that happened to Islamic Banks and ability of manage this Risks in a sample from Islamic Banks in the Iraqi money market fleeting from assumption its theme is, ability of managing ideal investment purses through efficient purses Banks it will prevent this Banks from many losts in wons, capital, effort and time.

This reached to many conclusions, the more conclusion was Islamic Banks have Risk more than usurious Banks, also there is Interrelated changeable Ejections relation between Risk and own.

The Recommendations verify that Iraqi Central Bank should practical more role encourages Islamic Banking cashing through subsidizes legislation or reduces curbs and Disciplings, also.
