Pareto distribution is Par(α, k) and used in different applied field in this research while some characteristics distribution and how to get the shape parameter in applying that the measure parameter.

So the estimation of shape parameter a has a complicated sample and it is difficult to get its characteristics, so for this approximation to find the population mean and the variance by using Taylor series expansion of the second degree.
