Measuring the contributions of green innovation in isolation without taking into account organizational variables may not give a meaningful indication of the value of green innovation work.

Therefore, it is necessary to explore green regulatory variables to make the mechanism clear and affect green innovation.

So the research seeks to identify green regulatory responses and their effect in promoting green innovation in the Kirkuk Karungi group of companies, a questionnaire was designed as a data collection tool to achieve research objectives and the sample was distributed to (100) workers and recovered (94) questionnaire valid for analysis of the research community Karungi group in Kirkuk, the response rate is (94% ) of the research community Karungi group in Kirkuk, it depend on the (SPSS 24) program to analysis the data.

The research concluded with a number of conclusions, notably the significant effect of green regulatory responses (Support senior management, green training, research and green development, Green cooperation networks, Environmental Management System) in the green innovation of the research company.

Accordingly, the research presented some proposals that would enable the company to be more efficient in dealing with the environmental issues associated with the green processes and products.

There should be support from the senior management of the green direction, providing the necessary supplies for green training, And the establishment of green cooperative networks, the adoption of environmental management systems to obtain certificates of environmental specifications for their green operations and products by implementing their provisions.
