The aim of this research is to determine the impact of information technology and its role in the effectiveness of the organization.

The University of Fallujah was selected to conduct a field study to diagnose the reality of the use of information technology and its impact on improving the effectiveness of the organization.

The study was applied to a sample of faculty members, The study found that the impact of information technology on the effectiveness of the organization was strong and thus there is a logical rationale for accepting key research hypotheses.
