Abstract EN

We seek through this paper to examine the success of the Corporate Social Responsibility requirements, through research in one of the most important requirements of its success «Moral competencies ».

Basing on descriptive-analytical and comparative methods ,we have found out that the Islamic View takes competencies fraught with moral values , while the occident calls for ethical competencies that including " Ethics " and " Business Ethics" ; that’s why it has reflected its impact on the levels of success and the variations of corporate social responsibility between occidental societies and muslim ones
