organized crime has witnessed a wide spread across the world, and a great increase in its seriousness, so that it has become a threat to all countries, organizations, international and national institutions and a threat to various countries through Weakening the effectiveness and credibility of its institutions, destroying its economy, and its danger increased with the tremendous progress in information and communication technology, and technical development as new methods were developed and modern scientific methods were used in all stages of planning and implementing its criminal operations and illegal activities through which new forms of organized crime emerged that prompted many countries Adopting modern methods to confront them.

That is why this study came to shed light on this subject by identifying the concept and characteristics of organized crime through which it is possible to understand the forms of organized crime because they are the subject of different scholars, and which these forms are divided into two parts, crimes against people and crimes against money and also to confront this type of crime there.

Modern methods of confronting this phenomenon, and this is to achieve the goal of social control that guarantees the preservation of the entity, guarantee and stability of society.
