In order to confront this pollution, many preventive measures must be taken to limit the indiscriminate use of nuclear energy and radioactive materials, by protecting workers and the public, and also identifying the nature of the guarantees available in the law and the basic guarantees that must be taken into account by developing an appropriate design for the nuclear facility, selecting the site, and following up And maintenance of nuclear reactors, development of an emergency plan, safety precautions, and protection from the dangers of radioactive materials and waste.
