Abstract EN

The study analysed the political, economic and security importance of the Sahel region and addressed the most prominent dimensions of French policy in the Sahel region.

It also addressed the strategies of France in the Sahel region, through which it aims to increase its economic benefits and its political penetration in the region, on the one hand, and confronting other international interventions in the region, on the other hand, especially since this region is characterized by significant energy and mineral resources.
