That is why we decide to choose sucha novel.

"Mavisto Residence" by Burhan shawi, as it raises manyquestions to us with the paradoxes that the reader is shocked byfrom the first moment with its strange atmosphere and the amazingevents.

Since it imagines a reality full of hallucinations and surpriseto make the reader not realize the degree of resemblance to thereality on the one hand and the possibility of these worlds on theground on the other hand.

The study aims to clarify the conceptof fantasia through shedding light on the structural components ofthe novel and analyzing it in an attempt to expose the phantasmaldimensions on which the novel is based.
