Displacement is one of the most important problems facing the international community ingeneral and the countries who have apolitical problems and armed conflicts in particular.

Thenumber of displaced persons is increasing day by day.

The international community, especiallythrough international humanitarian law, tries to pay attention to these people and provide thebasic rights and daily necessities for their necessary living.

But it failed to reach to aninternational agreement to protect their fundamental rights, But the efforts have been made interms of providing the necessary assistance, but it was not sufficient, but the rights of them fromour point of view includes two main parts, the first is the basic rights of living during the periodof displacement and included in the areas of security, protection, health and education, therequirements of daily life, The right to return to the original citizen and enable them to do so, and the other is the right to recover the property they forcibly evicted during the period ofescape from the dangers that threatened them and create a new environment for their previouslife.
