Abstract EN

This study aims to identify Algerian candidates' agenda for the presidential elections 2019.

The latter is classified as a comparative descriptive study through the analysis of candidates' election programs presented through TV channels.

The Algerian national channel and ELBILED TV channel have been selected as samples for the study, where two different political programs have been analyzed and compared.

The study concluded that candidates have targeted election programs that seek to meet the needs of the Algerian people and their legitimate demands.

The plans were based on realistic and future studies, and scientific statistics as a confidence indicator; especially in the period of the political movement in the country in which there is a clear need to adopt a program for change.
