يعد "ابن الربيب القاضي التاهرتي"(ت420ه)، من الأعلام البارزين في الأدب الجزائري القديم، على عهد الدولة الصنهاجية، فهو صاحب موهبة أدبية؛ حيث ينظم في فنون الشعر، و يكتب في النثر الفني رسائل شخصية.
و تعد أثاره الفنية نموذجا للخطاب الأدبي الجزائري المتميز في الأدب العربي القديم.

is considered one of the prominent figures in ancient Algerian literature, according to the era of the Sanjid state, as he possesses literary talent; Where he organizes in the arts of poetry, and writes in artistic prose personal messages.
His artistic monuments are typical of outstanding Algerian literary discourse in ancient Arabic literature.
