This study aims to clarify the extent of the impact of the principle of good faith on the stage of formation to the contract, especially as it is one of the most important legal principles in the legal fiel, by achieving the goal of law, which is to work to estabilish justice and the stability of transactions and it is known that this principle is clearly defined when implementing the contract where the legislator referred to Algerian through Article 107 of The Civil Code, which states, The contract must be executed according to what was included in it and in good faith.

However, with regard to the training stage, most of the legislation relies on inferring the role of this principle in its formation, whether in the stage of negotiations or at conclusion, although it is considered a principle years old it applies to the overall contractual relationship, but not explicitly stipulating it, hides the contract and the extent of its continuity.
