Algeria enjoys a rich cultural heritage as a result of the succession of many civilizations.

This cultural heritage, embodied in the material apartment of the real estate cultural proprety, but the latter is exposed to several dangers that threaten its existence.

For this reason, the Algerian legislature has sought to put in place the appropriate legal frameworks to protect these prorities in accordance with the provisions of the cultural heritage by establishing institutional and administrative protection for its preservation and appreciation.
