Research Summary: The topic of this research is “Dialogue of Civilizations in the Perspective of Islamic Culture - Foundations and Rules -” and it is a topic that focuses on the culture of dialogue and the values of tolerance that came in our true Islamic religion, which calls for the consolidation of the values of peaceful coexistence and civilizational dialogue between religions and cultures, not based on Immediate positions, not a response to temporary circumstances, but an embodiment of the unity of the human kind, consolidating the foundations of the equality of people in creation, and fulfilling the will of God Almighty to make them people and tribes to get acquainted, that unintended acquaintance with itself, or for arbitrary purposes, and in view of the results of cooperation and solidarity Contributes to the generalization of goodness to everyone.

This is what places researchers and writers responsible for uncovering the factors that brought people together, united their goals and visions, and pushes them to explore the foundations and pillars that have produced a solid base for dialogue of civilizations and cultures throughout history.

For all that, this research seeks to highlight the characteristics of civilizational dialogue in the perspective of Islamic culture, highlighting the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence that has a civilized character and is related to the issue of civilizational and cultural dialogue between various nations and races is justified, as dialogue between different cultures and religions is justified.
