يعالج هذا المقال وفق المنهج الاستقرائي و التحليلي الإشكالات الواردة على الصناعة الفقهية الإفتائية المتعلقة بمعالجة تداعيات جائحة كورونا – كوفيد19 –، سواء أكانت علمية أم سياسية أم اجتماعية أم شخصية، مما يسهم في تقويم و تطوير هذه الصناعة خدمة للعلم، ليصل البحث إلى نتائج أهمها، أن العملية الإفتائية كلما كانت قريبة من الواقع بأبعاده المختلفة كانت أقرب للحق و أرعى للمصلحة و أرجى للنفع، و ضرورة العناية ببناء الملكة الاجتهادية الملمة بالتأصيل و البصيرة بالتطبيق و المقرونة بغرس أدب العلم.

encountered on the legal jurisprudence industryrelated to dealingwith the repercussions of the Corona pandemic - Covid 19 -, whichcontributes to the evaluation and development of thisindustry in the service of science.
To accopmlish the study, the inductive and analyticalapproachwasused.
The major resultwasthat, whenever the fatwa is close to reality in itsvarious dimensions, itiscloser to the truth and care for the interest and hopeof people.
Accordingly, itisnecessary to take care of building discretionarycapacity, acquaintedwithrooting and insight in application, and associatedwith the cultivation of the literature of science.
