This researcarch paper targets to monitor the scientific recruitment of the questions that related to abbreviated khalil ibn Ishaq (D: 776H), Through books of « annawazil alfikhya » citing and based on the « nawazil of Ali AL- Tossoulli » (D: 1258H), named of « Aljawahir alnaffissa fima yatakarrar mina alhawadith alghariba », the idea start from asking the students and the scholars of fiqh about the texts of almokhtassar alkhalily, the research also seeks to be caareful in the reasons and method for presenting these questions, with an indication of the scientific and methodological value in editing answers by the respondents jurists.
