the gathering is one of the gatherings punishable by Algerian law because its purpose is illegal, which is sabotage, arson and other acts of violence, and these acts occur in roads and public places, as this threatens the safety of individuals, and is classified as a punishable crime in the Algerian Penal Code.

what is the prescribed punishment imposed by Algerian law on the right to assemble? this study has reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: the gathering of individuals in public roads is permissible unless it threatens public security.

-gathering is a crime if the authority concerned orders the separation and they do not comply with that order.
