Abstract EN

This study is concerned with showing the role of the academic elite in political life, its position and its position in its society, in light of the nature of the tense relationship between the intellectual and the politician, as well as the loss of confidence in the community in his elites and their accusations of bias towards power.

All these developments made the intellectual live in a self-crisis before it was interactive with the authority and society.

To understand the academic elite crisis, it is necessary to address the process of marginalization that political systems use against their intellectuals and the type of relationship that the authority determines its conditions for.

All these variables define for us the contribution of the elites to political and social change and highlight the most important difficulties and obstacles in reaching their goals.
