الموثق له دور مهم في حفظ حقوق المتعاملين، وفي تنشيط اقتصاد الدولة، الذي يعرف تطورا ملحوظا وفقا لتكنولوجيات عالية، يعكس على جميع المهن التي تساهم في تنشيط هذا الاقتصاد و على رأس هذه المهن مهنة الموثق، لذا دراستي لهذا الموضوع ستقتصر على التقنيات المستحدثة في مجال تطوير مهنة التوثيق، خاصة في مجال تسيير مكتب الموثق بالمعدات الحديثة.
و من أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة تتمثل في تطوير مهام الموثق و إدارة مكتبه بطرق علمية حديثة من خلال مواكبة العصرنة التي تعرفها مختلف الإدارات خاصة التي يتعامل معها، من خلال تفعيل هذه التقنيات الالكترونية العصرية ليتمكن من تسجيل العقود التي يحررها مع أداء رسوم التسجيل بطريقة إلكترونية، و كذا إشهار العقود من مكتبه بطريقة الكترونية و أداء حقوق الإشهار بنفس الكيفية
Abstract EN
The notary is a public officer, has an important role in preserving the rights of customers, as well as in preserving and revitalizing the state's economy, which knows a noticeable development according to high technologies, and therefore my studies on this subject will be limited to the techniques developed in the field of developing the documentation profession, especially in The field of conducting the notary office with modern equipments.
Among the most prominent results that can be reached in this study is the activation of modern technologies in the work of the binder by keeping pace with modernity, which is defined by the various departments, especially those dealing with it.
