The aim of this study is to try to conclude that the letters of meanings are of great importance in understanding the legal rulings and in deriving the jurisprudential judgment from the Qur'an text.

The significance and understanding the meaning precisely, and if we omit these letters, three quarters of their ability to articulate and clarify would have gone, so what is meant by the letters of meanings? And to what extent can these letters affect the multiplicity of meaning in the Quranic composition? And in the jurisprudential judgment? After applying to verses from the Holy Quran, it was concluded that the reason for the multiplicity of reading is the different connotations of the same letter, which deviated from its original connotations, and this is what makes it extremely important in understanding the Qur'anic text and devising jurisprudential judgment.
