Abstract EN

The research topic in the influence of the Sufi orders, in many aspects of life, on Zouaoua region between the tenth (10th) and thirteenth centuries AH is not a novelty since man has always been interested in the study of the religious influence in human societies.

Algeria, as elsewhere, has been home to several religions, and Sufism has existed since the eighth century (8th) AH ( 11 CE), and it was greatly embraced by peopleleading to its spread in most regions.

Zouaoua region -Kabylia- is one of Algeria's provinces that lies north-east and is characterized by its cultural, economic, climatic, and topographic discrimination, and these geographical features are the main reason behind the settlement of the Sufis and the Marabouts there as they prefer secluded regions for worship and contemplation of Allah's creation.
