Throughout humanity, peoples and ages have strived to develop their societies and to protect the foundations of their existence and the various customs, traditions and customs which organize their life and guarantee their continuity, because these foundations are a cultural heritage on the path of their existence.

And to achieve this, she sought the help of a set of philosophical or legal ideas through which she can send principles and foundations for her ascension and survival and protect the elements of her existence.

Among these ideas is the idea of urban public order.

This, despite its generality and ion, remains the only means by which the state can transmit the values and assets in which the group believes in the form of legal rules to which the individual can only adhere and respect its provisions as as a legal means which provides the State with the highest degree of compliance and self-acceptance and voluntary of its urban legislation.
