The educational process is one of the basics of the educational act whatever its nature and depends on its success or failure, so the efforts are focused to look at the most appropriate methods and mechanisms that allow the performance of educational action effectively by teachers, and there is no doubt that the reading activity is an important educational activity which is Key to acquiring science of all kinds.

It is of the utmost importance in the educational act that no educational achievement can be achieved without control of its mechanisms, whether it is in the mother tongue or other foreign languages, and the lack of control over reading leads to learning difficulties.

Therefore, we will try to address in this research the reality of reading education and its relation to learning difficulties
