Abstract EN

The citizen's impression and his evaluation of public administration organs depends on many factors and parameters.

The most prominent factor is the extent of the ability of these organs to meet citizen's needs and respond to his interests and demands.

The Ministry of Interior and Local Communities (MILC) adopted the electronic management within their organs in order to upgrade the public service and get a public service that saves time, effort and can respond to a huge number of citizens.

Such a management, improves service quality in terms of effectiveness, lessening of bureaucracy, traceability and enhancing the reliability.

The MILC has also created a national automatic record of civil status.

This national record releases the citizens from providing their civil status documents when required, and therefore, reduce the size of files and administrative procedures, as it also reduces the duration for delivery of administrative and biometric documents.
