Abstract EN

This study aimed at explaining the role of the requirements of intellectual capital in its three dimensions (human, structural, and relational), as well as drawing the attention of organizations to the importance of intellectual capital.

The descriptive analytical method was used to conduct the study, besides using the questionnaire for data collection, which was distributed to a sample of (30) employees in Faisal Islamic Bank.

One of the most important results of the study indicated that intellectual capital is one of the success factors for the bank, which depends on intangible assets that guarantee the knowledge, capabilities, skills of workers and their experiences within the framework of intellectual assets to benefit from them in achieving competitive advantage and continuous successes.

The study recommended that the banks should increase their investment in intellectual capital, in addition to giving more attention to the development of competencies, capabilities, and skills, besides rewarding innovation and creativity among employees
