the preface contains three demands: the definition of prohibitions, the definition of insecurity, and the definition of marriage.

with regard to the mabahith, it came from seven investigations, namely: the woman's menstruation and meningocoism, the fast-singing of the fast, the stepping in the state of ihram, the stepping after the epithet, the before the atonement, the small one before puberty, and the wife's son-in-law if she is apostate from Islam.
