Abstract EN

This study has for subject the competition legal rules ruling the illegal in the light of the articles 47-51 of the code Omani of commerce n° 55 the year 1990, and articles 60-65 of the intellectual property issued by the decree n° 67,2008, and the law n° 67-2014 relatif to the competition and the interdiction of monopoly and other laws in Omani laws, this study has pour objective to appreciate the effectiveness of this rules in the organisation of the illegal competition, the determination of its aspects and the legal protection of the commercial activity in Oman.

that is why we divise this work to the following reactions: - section i-the concept of illegal competition.

this study conducted with some results and recommandation in the final conclusion hoping that the Omani legislator takes in consideration.
