Arabic Abstract

تمثلت أهداف الدراسة في التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين كل من المشاركة الاجتماعية بمحاورها الثلاثة (التفاعل الأسرى – التواصل مع الآخرين- العمل التطوعى)، و المشاركة السياسية بأبعادها الثلاثة (المشاركة في الانتخابات- المشاركة في الأحزاب السياسية – الثقافة السياسية)، و مهارات إدارة الذات بجوانبها الأربعة( إدارة الأزمات- تحمل المسئولية- اتخاذ القرار- إدارة الوقت و الجهد)، دراسة الفروق بين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات، في كل من المشاركة الاجتماعية بمحاورها الثلاثة، و المشاركة السياسية بأبعادها الثلاثة، و مهارات إدارة الذات لربة الأسرة بجوانبها الأربعة، توضيح التباين بين ربات الأسر عينة الدراسة في المشاركة الاجتماعية بمحاورها الثلاثة و المشاركة السياسية بأبعادها الثلاثة و مهارات إدارة الذات بجوانبها الأربعة وفقا لكل من عدد أفراد الأسرة و فئات الدخل الشهري للأسرة و المستوي التعليمي لكل من رب وربة الأسرة.

و اتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إعداد و تقنين استبيان عن المشاركة الاجتماعية لربة الأسرة، و استبيان عن المشاركة السياسية لربة الأسرة، و استبيان مهارات إدارة الذات لربة الأسرة وتم تطبيق الاستبيانات على عينة من ربات الأسر تم اختيارها بطريقة صدفية غرضية مكونة من 340 ربة أسرة من ريف و حضر محافظة الغربية من مستويات اجتماعية و اقتصادية مختلفة.

و أوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياعند مستوى دلالة (0، 01) بين المشاركة الاجتماعية بمحاورها الثلاثة، و المشاركة السياسية بأبعادها الثلاثة، و كذلك توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (01، 0) بين المشاركة السياسية بأبعادها الثلاثة، و مهارات إدارة الذات بجوانبها الأربعة، و أيضا توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (01، 0) بين المشاركة الاجتماعية بمحاورها الثلاثة و مهارات إدارة الذات بجوانبها الأربعة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات في المشاركة الاجتماعية بمحاورها الثلاثة، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات في المشاركة السياسية عند مستوى دلالة (05، 0) لصالح العاملات، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات في مهارات إدارة الذات عند مستوى دلالة (001، 0) لصالح العاملات، لايوجد تباين دال احصائيا بين ربات الأسر عينة الدراسة في استبيان المشاركة الاجتماعية بمحاوره الثلاثة وفقا لكل من عدد أفراد الأسرة و فئات الدخل الشهرى للأسرة، بينما يوجد تباين في مستوي تعليم رب وربة الأسرة لصالح مستوى تعليم مرتفع، لا يوجد تباين دال احصائيا بين ربات الأسر عينة الدراسة في استبيان المشاركة السياسية بأبعادها الثلاثة وفقا لكل من عدد أفراد الأسرة و الدخل الشهرى للأسرة و مستوي تعليم رب وربة الأسرة، لا يوجد تباين دال احصائيا بين ربات الأسر عينة الدراسة في استبيان مهارات إدارة الذات بجوانبه الأربعة وفقا لكل من عدد الأبناء و فئات الدخل الشهرى للأسرة، بينما يوجد تباين وفقا لمستوي تعليم رب وربة الأسرة لصالح مستوى التعليم المرتفع و قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات كان من أهمها تقديم برامج توعوية في وسائل الإعلام المقروءة و المسموعة و المرئية لتحسين مشاركة ربة الأسرة الاجتماعية و السياسية من خلال متخصصين في مجال إدارة المنزل و المؤسسات، و عقد دورات متخصصة في مهارات إدارة الذات يقدمها المتخصصون في مجال إدارة المنزل و المؤسسات ليستفيد منها جميع أفراد الأسرة، و تفعيل دور منظمات المجتمع المدنى من خلال وسائل الإعلام للتأكيد على أهمية دورها في تشجيع ربات الأسر في بناء المجتمع من خلال عملية التطوع لتنمية المجتمعات المحلية التى يسكنون فيها.

English Abstract

The aims of the study were to identify the nature of the relationship between social participation in all three aspects (family interaction, communication with others, volunteer work), political participation in its three dimensions (participation in elections, participation in political parties, political culture), and self-management skills in all four aspects (Crisis management - bearing responsibility – making decision - time and effort management), studying the differences between housewives (workers and non-workers), To illustrate the disparity between female heads of households in the study sample in social participation in its three dimensions, political participation in its three dimensions and self-management skills in its four facets according to the number of family members and the monthly income categories of the family and the educational level of both the head and the head of the familyThe study used a descriptive analytical approach.

A questionnaire was prepared and codified on the social participation of housewife, a questionnaire on the political participation of housewife, and a questionnaire on the self-management skills of the housewife.

The questionnaire was applied to a sample of housewives which were chosen in a random way and consisted of 340 housewives from rural and urban areas from Gharbia governorate and from different socio-economic levels.

There is also a positive correlative relationship at the level of (0.01) between political participation in its three dimensions and self-management skills in its four aspects.

Also, there is a positive correlative relationship at the level of (0.01) between social participation with its three axes and four self-management skills, There are no statistically significant differences between working and non-working housewives in social participation in their three fields.

There are statistically significant differences between working and non-working housewives in political participation at the level of (0.05) for the working housewives.

There are statistically significant differences between working and non-working housewives in the self-management skills at the level of significance (0.001) for the benefit of working housewives.

There is no statistically significant discrepancy among female heads of households in the social participation questionnaire in its three categories according to the number of family members and the monthly income of the family, while there is a difference in the level of education of the head and the head of the family in favor of a high level of education.

There is no statistically significant difference between the heads of household The questionnaire of political participation in its three dimensions according to the number of family members and the monthly income of the family and the level of education of the head and the head of the household.

There is no statistically significant difference between the heads of household of the study sample in the questionnaire of self-management skills in its four aspects according to the number of children and monthly income Of the family, while there is variation according to the level of education of the head and the head of the family in favor of a high level of education.

The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the presentation of awareness programs through the visual and audio-visual media to improve the social and political participation of the housewife, and the holding of specialized courses in the self-management skills provided by specialists in Home and Institution Management to benefit all members of the family.

Making the mass media to take its role in encouraging housewives to build the community through the volunteer process to develop the local communities in which they live in.
