يهدف البحث الى اعداد برنامج تدريبى لتعلم مبادىء و أسس تنفيذ الملابس بأسلوب التشكيل على المانيكان لغير المتخصصين يلبى إحتياجات المتدربات من خلال تزويدهم بالمعارف و المهارات اللازمة لتعلم مبادىء تنفيذ الملابس من خلال منهج علمى سليم و منظم بأساليب تقويم تربوية و محاولة ربط تطوير المناهج في ضوء المتغيرات الحادثة في المجتمع بالنظرة المستقبلية و إحتياجات المتدربات.
و قياس أراء المتخصصين في البرنامج وقد تم تعليم 5 تقنيات للتشكيل على المانيكان بإستخدام الفيديو المسجل صوت وصورة و كان من نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أراء المحكمين في فاعلية البرنامج المقترح.

English Abstract
The research aims to prepare a training program to learn the principles and principles of implementing clothes in the formation style on the mannequin for non-specialists that meets the needs of the trainees by providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to learn the principles of clothing implementation through a sound and organized scientific method with educational evaluation methods and trying to link curriculum development in the light of the changes taking place in society in view The future and the needs of female trainees.
Measuring the opinions of specialists in the program.
5 techniques of formation were taught on the mannequin using the recorded video, audio and image.
One of the results of the study was the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the arbitrators 'opinions on the effectiveness of the proposed program.
