Abstract EN

The present research aimed to identify the most important aspects of the environment incubating the intellectual deviation of the kindergarten child in his surroundings, either in the form of deprivation or deficiency or neglect in the aspects of the child's upbringing, or in the form of practices by those around him, whether consciously or unconsciously and negatively affect the child's cognitive structure emotional and skillful to create the first nucleus of intellectual deviation, as monitoring these aspects is the first major steps to protect society from the risk of intellectual deviation, both at the individual level and at the community level.
