The objective of the current research is to build an electronic items bank in a geo-oceanographic curriculum, measuring its impact on cognitive depth development and reducing test anxiety among low-achieving students in the Department of Geography at the Faculty of Arts, And to achieve the research objectives.

An electronic items bank has been established in a geo-oceanographic approach; based on a deep knowledge classification.

An achievement test was designed according to the classification of the depth of knowledge as well as the test anxiety scale among the students of the Department of Geography.

The semiexperimental approach was used to design the pre-post measurement of two groups, one experimental and the other controlling the research experiment.

The study sample consisted of two groups of fifth-grade students (low-attainment) enrolled in the first semester of the academic year H, one of which was a pilot of students who studied the course using the electronic question bank and the second was an officer who studied the course and the items bank was not used in teaching.

The results showed the effectiveness of the use of electronic items banks in reducing the anxiety of the test and developing the cognitive depth levels of the students of the Department of Geography of Low Achievement in the Department of Geography at the Faculty of Arts, Bisha University
