Abstract EN

The aim of this article is to present the concept of organizational trust and its importance in educational institutions and then to present some of the characteristics of the organizational trust as well as the results that result from the absence of organizational trust or the disappearance of educational institutions and the factors that cause their absence, And then the methods that may be followed by managers of educational institutions in order to build and strengthen organizational trust within them, Finally, the article presents a proposal to build organizational trust in educational institutions based on three basic constituents of its construction.

These constituents are the human constituents represented in the existence of effective educational leaders characterized by a range of characteristics such as leadership ability, liking of work, willingness to work, initiative, Transparency in administrative work and openness to others, and attention to professional development, development and innovation constantly; so that these leaders are the forefront of organizational confidence building within educational institutions.

The second pillar is the good institutional climate that prevails in mutual respect and open communication, empowering the workers and empowering them, while establishing a culture of organizational trust within the educational institution in an appropriate atmosphere of human relations.

Finally, the material components represented in the expenditures that meet the needs to build organizational trust from the design of educational programs and the training of managers and leaders.
