The movement of history guides us that the progress and advancement of nations is directly proportional to their progress in the ranks of science.

Science is always the ladder of advancement, the engine of progress, the fuel for growth, and the train for development.

Failure to realize this fact leads, unfortunately, to bending, then regression, backwardness, regression, and failure and failure.

Science, by its nature, is a cumulative product.

The scientific results that fascinated us in the current era did not suddenly fall on the minds of scientists and researchers.

Rather, they were the result of the succession of steps, the multiplicity of views, the depth of reflections, the accumulation of effort, the continuity of episodes, and the succession of achievements.

Therefore, it is not surprising that the first revelation to our Noble Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, was “Read”.

And if the will of God has desired, from time immemorial, to believe the direct link of science with development and progress even in the case of those who deny its divinity, then this link has been confirmed more clearly in our time.

This is because of the scientific developments that took place in the five decades.

The latter exceeds what happened in all of human history dozens of times, from the transfer of organs to genetic engineering and the human genome to the information and communication revolution to the conquest of space to the atom and nanotechnology to the applications of artificial intelligence.

It is decided that science will open new horizons for progress not only in the economic, social, political, moral and literary fields, but also in the field of law.

Every day, researchers in this latter field find themselves obligated to develop outdated legal theories or develop new theories in line with the achievements of science and the fruits of progress.
