The world economy today is in essence an innovative economy, just as the main economic resource now is not the means of production, or capital, not natural resources or work only, but information and knowledge.

This research aims to explore the concept of creative industries in order to answer a key question: Are creative industries becoming an important component in the economic competitiveness of any country through its contribution to the gross domestic product and the provision of jobs, and its impact in other economic fields and its products can compete with traditional transformative industrial products.

The research found that the creative industries have a role in forming the economic basis for Egypt through its economic returns capable of supporting workers in it and then achieving an added value capable of advancing the development.
