Our study deals with the authority of meaning in Arabic grammar as it has proven that the Arabic diacritics has a phonemic function most of the time.

Therefore, poets observe the rhyme and do not observe the Arabic diacritics because their music is more important.

Grammarians have greatly exaggerated making a semantic function of the Arabic diacritics, and our study stopped that Arabic is composed of dialects.

Its main purpose is to deliver the idea to the recipient, and this is what is important.

The grammatical rules have no authority over the dialects because they are older than them.

The descent of the Noble Qur'an with the dialects of the Aris only because the Arab diacritics has no function in most cases.
