Perhaps the secret of its continuation and survival until now is finding solutions to all the problems facing the individual in particular and the society in general by opening the door of ijtihad.

As with the change of place and time, there is no doubt that the rule will change.

The ruling issued in the theory of time and space is the legal ruling with the change of the subject, and not the exception of the primary judgment.

Islamic law is a comprehensive and integrated system.

It expresses the constants that do not accept renewal by themselves and Islam.

They have stable methods of dealing with the fixed side of human life and also flexible methods in dealing with the changing side.
